Toast Tongs 2020
A
I was in-between projects and decided to make a couple more sets of toast tongs, similar to the ones I had last made almost exactly 21 years ago. But I kept picking out different woods thinking "this one might look nice" until I had about ten of these on the go. After the first few I varied the designs a bit so they wouldn't look so cookie-cutter-ish and put magnets in about half of them for 'fridge-side storage. Of course they all work exactly the same way based on the "sproingy-wood" principal. And I'm pleased to report that our 21-year old pair is still working fine.
